Return & Refund Policy

At Fashion Hubs, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as personalized products or items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@luxecarry.pk within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us immediately at support@luxecarry.pk with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@luxecarry.pk with your order number
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation
  • Ship the package to our return address provided by customer service
  • Once received, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Gift cards

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • JazzCash: Refund credited within 3-5 business days
  • EasyPaisa: Refund credited within 3-5 business days
